The chilling Netflix series You has added Days of our Lives alum Christopher Sean (ex-Paul Narita) as a recurring guest to its upcoming third season.

Days of our Lives viewers still haven't gotten over the loss of Christopher Sean in the role of John Black's son, Paul Narita, but at least he's got a high-profile project coming up to keep fans happy: he's been cast in a recurring role on the Netflix series You.

Variety reports that Sean will be playing the role of Brandon in the upcoming third season of the chilling drama that follows Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley), a dangerously charming, intensely obsessive young man who goes to extreme measures to insert himself into the lives of those he is transfixed by.

The show's second season followed Joe as he moved from New York to Los Angeles and started over with a new identity after an intense relationship that ended in murder. It's unclear how exactly Sean's Brandon will fit into future storyline, but the character description reveals that he's a man who struck it rich in his mid twenties as a tech investor and is now a stay-at-home dad for his kids.

Season three of You will consist of ten episodes and is slated to debut in 2021.

Sean joined the cast of DAYS in 2014 and quickly became a fan favorite in the role of Paul. He opted not to renew his contract with the NBC soap opera in 2018 and last aired during the holiday season that year. Since leaving Salem, Sean has been voicing the role of Kazuda Xiono in the animated series Star Wars Resistance. He also voices the character of Emanjiro in the recently released Playstation 4 game Ghost of Tsushima.
